|An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Services Assistant at London South Bank University (LSBU), Croydon Campus. The new Croydon Campus opens in August 2021 and we are looking for an enthusiastic customer service professional with excellent communication and teamwork skills to join our new team.
The role is based in our Croydon Campus Library/Student Centre which supports students with IT support enquiries; provides a range of Library and Learning resources facilities to students and staff; and is the first line of support for a range of other Student service enquiries.
You would be providing frontline customer service from our help points in person, by phone, and online including:
You would also contribute to general team tasks needed for the smooth daily running of the Centre’s open access learning and study space.
Reporting to the Customer Services Coordinator, this post offers an opportunity to work with colleagues across the Student Journey Directorate and the wider University.

Permanent, Full Time – 35 hours a week
Some weekend and evening work will be required on a rota basis
