An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the achievement of the National Deaf Children’s Society’s vision of a world without barriers for deaf children by joining our Membership team.

In 2021 we want to welcome more families, deaf young people and professionals into membership than ever before. We also plan to deliver exciting developments to our range of membership services. We are looking for a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional membership experience.

The post-holder will play an important role in the smooth administration of the National Deaf Children’s Society’s membership schemes; assisting in the coordination and delivery of the membership marketing and retention strategy; and contributing to the design and development of new membership infrastructure, processes and services.
